Everything flows: the timeline

The various sites at Deutzer Hafen will be implemented individually and each will have its own character. This is how a vibrant neighbourhood grows – in line with the requirements of its residents and users.

Accordingly, the concept qualification process for the individual construction sites is being carried out individually and with different sequences: In this open and transparent process, the award of the contract is not decided by the financial offer alone – the investors' attractive and diverse utilisation concept and sustainability concept are also part of the decision. This approach also increases the attractiveness of the individual construction sites.

Due to its prominent location, site 07 in Deutzer Hafen plays a special role: here, the opportunity to set a distinctive tone in the new district is already emerging.
